T. Baldwin Martin was a native of Madison, Georgia, bur lived in Macon, Georgia. He received a law degree from Mercer University where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He served in World War I as a 1st Lieutenant in the American Expeditionary Force in France. Later in life he was a partner in Martin, Snow, Grant and Napier law firm. From the description of T.
